Cost Effective

Our charge for registration of your debt, sending a pre action letter, reporting to you on the issue of that letter, and again on expiry of the payment period is only £20 plus VAT.

If the debt is not paid following the pre action letter we will seek your instructions to issue proceedings. In that event we will charge you the costs allowed by the Court which (if judgement is obtained) are recoverable from the debtor. We can provide details of these costs on request. If the debt is not paid on judgement our usual charging rates will apply to any enforcement action.

If the action is defended it will be dealt with by our litigation department, which has extensive experience of all types of claim. Again our usual charging rates will apply.
