Position and specialisations
Paul Longland is Head of Steele Raymond LLP ’s Company/Commercial Department and a member of the Management Committee. He is experienced in dealing with company acquisitions, demergers and reorganisations, commercial contracts and terms, including IT and e-commerce related issues. He is a member of the Education Lawyers Association and a Committee Member of the Bournemouth & District Law Society.
Education and career
He was educated at Northampton Grammar School and afterwards at Nottingham University where he gained (1976) his LLB Hons. He read law at Keble College, Oxford (1978 BCL) and the College of Law (1979 First Class Hons). Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1981, and became a partner at Steele Raymond LLP in 1988.
