Position and specialisations
Paul Causton is the Head of Steele Raymond LLP ’s Taxation Team. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners. His main areas of practice relate to Tax Planning for individuals, Trusts and Family Businesses and include Onshore and Offshore Trusts, planning for Capital Taxes, Tax efficient structures and Products, non domiciliaries and non residents. He is a member of the Income Tax Sub-Committee of the Law Societys Tax Law Committee and lectures on various taxation topics.
Education and career
Paul was educated at The Kings School Ottery St Mary followed by a BA hons (classics) in London. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1974 and ATII in 1994.
Personal information
Paul was born in 1947 and lives near Wimborne. His interests include rock climbing, walking and skiing. Paul is a member of Rotary.
