Position and specialisations
Simon Outten is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Team and is the firm's former Managing Partner. His main areas of practice relate to business, company and employment disputes including director and shareholder difficulties as well as partnership disputes. He has considerable experience in employment work, having acted for various sizeable employers on Transfer of Undertaking legislation, restructuring and other employment disputes.
Education and career
Simon attended King's Grammar School, Macclesfield subsequently reading for a BA honours (1974). He qualified as a Solicitor in 1977 and has specialised in civil and commercial litigation since 1980.
Personal information
Simon was born in 1952 and lives near Fordingbridge. He is married and divides his free time between running, walking, music and sport.
