David Steele is Steele Raymond LLP ’s Senior Partner. He advises business and commercial clients ranging from large corporations to owner managed businesses. His work includes acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, substantial contractual matters and corporate finance transactions. He particularly enjoys advising MDs on the development of their businesses.
Education and career
He attended Newton Abbot Grammar School in Devon and went up to Manchester University where he gained his LLB with honours in 1970. He was articled to McKenna & Co and subsequently founded Steele Raymond LLP in 1979
Personal information
David was born in 1948. He is married and lives in Wimborne. His leisure interests include cricket, golf, walking and cinema.
