Richard is an Associate in the Company/Commercial Department. He is experienced in dealing with in-house company, partnership and LLP formations and structures, corporate finance, company & business acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, re-organisations, commercial contracts and terms, including franchises and has experience in Intellectual Property work, including Trade Marks, Licensing, IT and E-Commerce related issues and Charity Law.
Education and career
He qualified as an attorney in South Africa in 1997, having completed articles at Shepstone & Wylie Tomlinsons. He then moved to the UK and worked at Castle Court School (Corfe Mullen) and then at HSBC and Goldman Sachs in London. He joined Steele Raymond in 1999 and became an Associate in August 2002.

Richard was born in 1972, and lives in the New Forest. His leisure interests include sports such as, cricket, squash & golf. Music - playing drums.
