Positions and specialisations
Tracey is an assistant solicitor in the Company/Commercial Department and is experienced in drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts ranging from agency, distribution, supply and outsourcing arrangements with experience in related issues of intellectual property law and  e-commerce.  Tracey has also undertaken in-house secondment projects. 

Education and career
Tracey qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and having completed her training contract at BPE Solicitors in Cheltenham, she worked until 2008 for UK and international law firm Pinsent Masons, advising a wide range of national and international clients in various industries including manufacture, retail and financial services.  Tracey joined Steele Raymond in February 2008.
