We place great value on the close relationship we have with
the University.
Steele Raymond LLP Professor of
Law Press release
In March 1995 Bournemouth University announced the country's first ever Professor of Law between Steele Raymond LLP and the School of Finance and Law.
Professor Richard Conder said "I am delighted that the school has secured this support from Steele Raymond LLP. We pride ourselves on working closely with law firms and I am sure that the relationship we have established here will benefit both organisations. The Steele Raymond LLP Professor of Law will take forward some of the research interests of the school, will reinforce the position that we are gaining as a major law school,
and will further establish the excellent working relationship we have with Steele Raymond LLP".
Since 1995 the relationship has gone from strength to strength. Steele Raymond LLP has awarded annually a student bursary for one or more students and has provided work placements for many students on the LLB course at Bournemouth.

The
Michael James Music Trust
The Michael James Music Trust was established in memory of Michael
James, gifted musician and head boy during the 1960s at
the famous Temple Church in London, who was about to embark
on a promising career in music when cancer struck in 1981, when
he was 30.
The Trust was established to advance education in music for
the enrichment of worship and to found organ scholarships for
young organists. Applications in writing should be made to the
Administrators, 4 Onslow Gardens, Wimborne Minster, Dorset,

An award winners concert is held each year to help raise
