The Firm: According to market commentators, this is a firm that "carries a lot of clout" in the Bournemouth market. The three-partner group has experience in both commercial and corporate transactions representing clients in the SME bracket. Having represented Hotel Du Vin since its inception, it is a major coup for the firm to be instructed on its £66.4 million sale to Marylebone Warwick Balfour. Other highlights include winning The Bournemouth & Poole College as a new client following a competitive tender. The group will be advising the college on contractual and commercial work.

The Lawyers: Head of Company Commercial is Paul Longland. The founder of the firm, David Steele, is also on hand to provide corporate and commercial advice.

Clients/Work Highlights: The clientele is drawn largely from local businesses.
