11An employee has resigned, claiming constructive dismissal, but has written with her grievances. What do we do about this?  
12An employee is claiming constructive dismissal because we have demoted him, but he has not raised a grievance. Will his case be automatically thrown out?  
13We have someone appealing against our findings in a disciplinary case, and raising a grievance because he claims we discriminated on grounds of sex in bringing it. How do we handle this?
