Steele Raymond advises on sale of Coppice Hotel, Torquay to Carlauren Group

Syd and Jennifer Burnett have owned and run the Coppice Hotel for 11 years and decided to sell to focus on other projects. The hotel, which is set in an attractive Victorian Mansion, has an excellent reputation for its accommodation and food both locally and nationally with many of the guests being repeat customers over many years.

The Carlauren Group are a property investment and development business with business interests throughout the South West of the UK and further afield.
