Steele Raymond LLP takes care of “Cool deal” Leading South Coast solicitors Steele Raymond LLP have recently acted in the takeover of a Hampshire based supplier of air conditioning units, Wave Air Conditioning, in a sale to Fujitsu General (UK) Co Limited, the global Japanese technology giant.
Wave which is based in Basingstoke and Birmingham was formed in December 2005 with a well-established team of industry professionals and quickly became one of the leading suppliers within the industry.
