Steele Raymond LLP offers a Quality Service South Coast Solicitors, Steele Raymond LLP, have been accredited to the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008 standard following a recent independent assessment of the firm’s systems by an external organisation. ISO 9001:2008 replaces ISO9001:2000 which Steele Raymond LLP had previously held for nine years. The external auditor visited the Bournemouth office and reviewed the firm’s management structure and operational systems including client care, training, client feedback and management review. The ISO 9001:2008 accreditation provides them with additional assurance that they are dealing with a well managed and trusted practice.
