Experienced Paralegal – Commercial Property

Our Commercial Property Team is led by Partners Chris Twaits, Carol Elliott and Martin Logan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Team who are retaining and winning substantial commercial property instructions by focusing on providing excellent client service delivered by a team of leading lawyers.

About the Team

The Team provides expert advice in a concise and commercial way and establishes strong long-term relationships with clients and leading agents.

The Team forms an integral part of our tight-knit 40 strong Property Group which comprises the Firm’s Commercial Property, Property Litigation, Residential Development and Residential Property Teams. The Group has achieved substantial year-on-year growth over a lengthy period. In 2022 and 2024, the Group was a finalist in the Property Law Firm of the Year category of the South Coast Property Awards.

The role involves providing help and support to all members of the Team and will include drafting of documentation, assisting Team members to progress transactions and ultimately dealing with straightforward commercial property transactions under the supervision of the Team.

About You

We need you to have worked in either residential or commercial property before and have a law degree (or graduate diploma in law or SQE1). Completion of the LPC would be beneficial but is not a requirement of the role.

For either role, you’ll also thrive on delivering excellent client service and be energised by working in a team environment, with people who pay attention to the details, at the same time as the client’s commercial goals.
