About the team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Dispute Resolution team, led by Amelia Williams. Working particularly closely with our Corporate and Commercial teams, the Dispute Resolution team acts for employers and employees in the full range of contentious, non contentious and advisory work. The majority of our work is supporting businesses both locally, regionally and nationally in every aspect of their employment law needs. The Team have become trusted advisors to our corporate clients and act as an extension of their HR teams or Board.

We are looking to grow the team as a part of the firm’s strategic business plan.

About you

In addition to having at least four years experience as a Solicitor or an Associate, the successful candidate will:

• Have gained experience in a wide range of contentious and non contentious employment law and TUPE issues, at a regional or national firm.
• Be self-sufficient, with a keen interest in business development and marketing, including strong skills and enthusiasm in growing the team.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and other key contacts.
• Be committed to delivering the highest quality legal services proactively and with the highest quality of client care.

We are looking for someone who has a long term commitment to employment law, who will also be excited to mentor others.
