Client Services Coordinator Vacancy

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking to recruit a passionate Client Services Coordinator to join our expanding Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented person to join our busy and highly regarded team. The role would ideally suit someone who has a passion for hospitality and events and takes ownership and pride in the service including:

  • As the ‘front of house’ for the firm, project a professional, friendly and efficient image to all visitors
  • Ambassador for Steele Raymond representing excellent standards for clients
  • Greet, assist and/or direct clients, visitors and the general public
  • Preparing catering for events
  • Assist clients with refreshments in the client suite/meeting rooms
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Provide administrative services for the Business Development Director / Operations Director
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client’s documentation and/or other information
  • Maintain the client floor ensuring meeting rooms and business lounge are kept clean, tidy and stocked
