Vacancy: HR Manager (Part-Time)

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking to recruit a senior HR Manager to join our Top Tier Law Firm.

This is an opportunity for a talented person to join our busy and highly regarded team.  The role would suit someone who has previous experience in a similar role supporting a medium sized business. The working hours and salary are negotiable dependant on experience.

Providing support to the firm, the successful candidate will be IT literate, highly competent and will be able to manage a varied workload to include:

  • Developing HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting change management
  • Recruitment, inclusive of interviews, offer letters and contracts
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects and guidelines, aligning the team members with the strategic goals of the firm
  • Providing advice on all aspects of HR
  • New starter induction process
  • Developing appraisal and staff engagement policies

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work within a team to meet tight deadlines are essential for the position.
