We acted for the selling shareholders of A-One Insurance Group (“A One”) on the sale of the group to Clear Insurance Management (“Clear”)
A-One, based in Ringwood, was established in 1993 and is one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the South of England, specialising in sectors such as Property, High Net Worth, Employee Benefits and Personal Lines.
At the time of completion, Clear stated it was the group’s largest acquisition of a retail broker to date.
