We acted for the selling shareholder of Baggette Asset Management Limited (“Baggette Asset Management”) on the sale of the company to Titan Wealth Holdings.
Baggette Asset Management was launched in 2017 and is based in Poole.
The company specialises in discretionary fund management and at the time of the sale Baggette Asset Management had circa £180 million of assets under management.
