We have supported a national firm of LPA receivers on more than 120 properties since 2021, with fresh instructions arriving each month. The work spans validation of appointments, possession proceedings, and realisation of security – often without full tenancy information or documentation. Despite complex legal overlaps between landlord and tenant law, insolvency, and finance, we have secured vacant possession at every possession hearing to date. Our ability to consistently deliver results across this challenging and fragmented portfolio has helped unlock over £8m in value for the client while reinforcing our credentials as a go-to firm for large-scale enforcement work.
