We acted on the establishment of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) and subsequently on the sale of Salad Creative Limited (“Salad”) by the existing shareholders to the EOT.
Salad, based in Poole, are an award winning creative agency and speciliase in branding and design.
Salad have worked with clients such as Greene King, Team England, WWF, Commonwealth Games and Tea India.
