Construction specialists share key insights for complex projects

26/10/2018

Construction projects can be complex. Overcoming these complexities can take up huge amounts of time.

At the 2nd Annual Construction Law Update on Thursday 25th October Steele Raymond hosted the latest of our Leading Insights events with a group of construction leaders focusing on the latest developments in the construction industry.

Head of Steele Raymond’s construction law team Peter Rolph and construction professionals heard legal updates from Tom Coulson and James Frampton, specialist construction barristers from Keating Chambers.

The event encouraged construction leaders to share their experiences of dealing with relevant issues such as the use and benefit of NEC4 Contracts and the latest developments in adjudication.

Peter Rolph, Managing Partner and Head of the Construction Law team at Steele Raymond said:

“The team deal with many complex construction cases where, with some early advice in identifying and managing risk, many of the issues could be resolved quickly. Our Leading Insights series of events are a focused way for attendees to share their experiences in an open and supportive environment with two specialist construction barristers. Having this quality time away from the day-to-day business to focus on these important challenges is valuable. We were delighted to see so many leaders in the Bournemouth construction industry attend and look forward to the next event.”
