Founded by Georgie Reames and Ed Foy, Press London boasts a series of cold-pressed juice bars in London, including Soho, Kensington and a concession in Selfridges, aimed at providing consumers with the goodness of carefully balanced fresh fruit and vegetable recipes, in a quick and convenient format. The investment from Clark Group will enable Press London to maintain its impressive track record of growth and bring its products to a wider audience.

Steele Raymond’s top tier commercial team supported the deal with its specialist expertise in Enterprise Investment Schemes (EIS) – designed to help companies raise equity finance by offering tax reliefs to individual investors who purchase new shares in those companies. The transaction was led by Company & Commercial Partner Nick Davies, who has many years of experience in acting for a wide range of business clients across a variety of sectors.
