Steele Raymond LLP advises Robert Braithwaite on the sale of Sunseeker Shares

Following completion of the sale Robert will continue to hold a shareholding in Sunseeker and will also continue as Group President. DWG were represented by city firm, Freshfields and Sunseeker were represented by city firm, White & Case. Robert founded Sunseeker in 1968 and is a long-standing client of Steele Raymond LLP.
