Bournemouth law firm strengthens its management team with appointment of Operations Director


Leading Dorset law firm Steele Raymond LLP has strengthened its management team with the appointment of an experienced Operations Director.

Natasha Boyland joins Steele Raymond to manage and develop the administration of the business to ensure that the firm continues to provide the best client experience and have the best systems in place for its continued growth.

With a career of over 12 years working within senior operations teams, Natasha has substantial experience in providing operational management and support to a number of large law firms throughout the UK.

Commenting on her appointment Natasha said:  “I’m delighted to be joining at a very exciting time for the firm. Steele Raymond has seen sustained growth over the last five years and I’m really looking forward to helping the firm grow further and ensuring that our teams have everything they need to continue to provide clients with outstanding service.”

Natasha will be responsible for managing all operational activities for the organisation and report directly the firm’s Management Board.
