Top tier Bournemouth law firm Steele Raymond has welcomed Rosanna Parker, a newly qualified solicitor, into its Commercial Property team.
Having read French and Spanish at the University of Leicester and then law at Bournemouth University, Rosanna joined the firm as a paralegal before embarking on a training contract with the firm in 2016, qualifying as a solicitor in 2018.
Rosanna said: “I am very excited to become a part of one of the fastest growing and successful commercial property teams in Dorset. I have had a great deal of support from the firm during my training contract and I am so pleased to be continuing my career with this forward thinking firm.”
Rosanna joins the 14-strong commercial property team specialising in granting and taking leases, buying and selling commercial properties, taking mortgages and charges over commercial properties and dealing with general leasehold management including subleases, licences to assign and lease extensions.
Chris Twaits, Partner and head of the Commercial Property team, said:
“From the moment we met Rosanna we knew she was going to have a bright legal career. We are delighted that Rosanna has chosen to continue that career here with us at Steele Raymond. She will add a new level of depth to our experienced commercial property team and will further enhance the quality of commercial legal advice enjoyed by our clients.”
