24/09/2019

One of Dorset’s leading law firms has appointed an experienced Residential Property solicitor to join its growing Property Group.

Bournemouth-born Victoria Jarmolkiewicz arrives at Steele Raymond at a time of rapid expansion, and will be based at their newly-acquired Granville Chambers office on Richmond Hill in the centre of Bournemouth.

Having spent five years in her previous role, Victoria has significant experience acting for residential property owners and developers in the sale, purchase and mortgaging of houses and flats.

In addition to her residential conveyancing work, Victoria will be assisting within the firm’s rapidly expanding residential development team which provides expert legal advice to developers and social housing providers on development projects across the South Coast.

Speaking about her new role, Victoria said:

“I am excited to be joining the team at Steele Raymond. Not only does the firm have a great reputation in the region for their quality residential conveyancing work, but my new role offers really great opportunities to develop my experience within their fast expanding residential development team, assisting on significant development projects across the South Coast region.”

Emma Stainwright, Partner and Team Leader of the firm’s Residential Development Team, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Victoria to the firm. As a highly-skilled residential property solicitor with a focus on client service Victoria will be a very welcome further addition to the firm’s Property Group.”
