Steele Raymond advise Morrish Homes on residential development acquisition in Devon

Poole-based Morrish Homes, who has an outstanding reputation across Dorset for their forwarding-thinking approach to new developments, acquired the site from Jameson Homes.

The new development, consisting of 12 units, will be built in the village of Diptford in Totnes. It had already been green-lighted for planning permission in 2018 and, with full building regulation approval now granted, will be Morrish Homes’ first site in Devon.

Narrow time frame

Despite the pressures of Covid-19 the residential development team at Steele Raymond were able to progress the acquisition from offer to completion inside of 10 working days.

The acquisition of scheme for Morrish Homes was led by Steele Raymond Partner and residential development specialist, Chris Dolan.

Speaking about the transaction, Chris said:
