Steele Raymond advises on sale of Lakeview Manor park and hotel

Lakeview Manor, in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Honiton, is a privately-owned old-style country manor house hotel set in 45 acres of pristine gardens and beautiful parkland with two ornamental ponds, and two fully stocked fishing lakes.  It currently comprises 18 developed holiday lodge pitches, and a 17-bedroom hotel and events venue.

The hotel and lodge development have been acquired by private equity-backed holiday operator Lakeshore Leisure Group Ltd in a deal brokered by Colliers International.

The sale of Lakeview Manor was led by Steele Raymond Partners Chris Twaits (commercial property) and Nick Davies (company and commercial). The Steele Raymond team provided commercial, planning, employment and property advice on the sale transaction.
