Established for over 20 years, Earnshaw Engineering, whose main manufacturing facility is in Eastleigh, Hampshire is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality architectural metalwork and fabrications within the sports, healthcare, aviation, automotive, construction, and marine industries.
TJD Investments Director and new Managing Director at Earnshaw Engineering Darren Graham said:

The company has worked on some significant projects over the years, including Battersea Power Station, Waterloo Station, and the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. We have huge ambitions for Earnshaw Engineering and are excited to start working on the next phase of growth.”
The transaction was led by partner and company and commercial solicitor Nick Davies, a recognised and recommended lawyer in the 2019 Legal 500 rankings. Commercial property solicitor and partner Jennifer Rogerson led on the commercial property aspects of the transaction.
“Both TJD Investments and Earnshaw Engineering have some impressive ambitions and we are delighted to have guided Darren and the team through the recent transaction. Earnshaw has a solid reputation and track-record of business success and we look forward to continuing to work with the new owners of Earnshaw Engineering going forward and contributing to the growth and prosperity of the business for the future.”
Speaking on his experience working with Steele Raymond, Darren said:
“The commercial and property teams at Steele Raymond impressed me from day one. Nick and the team have knowledge of the manufacturing sector and this was invaluable and helped with the legal acquisition process run as smoothly as possible for the benefit of all parties.”
