Steele Raymond announces latest promotions

We’re delighted to announce our annual promotions and recognise the hard work of the following individuals who step up into new roles:

• Amy Baugh to Associate, Family
• Jessica Wade to Associate, Company & Commercial
• Minaz Rahman to Associate, Residential Development
• Zaeem Mughal to Associate, Company & Commercial
• Laura Offer to Senior Associate, Property Litigation

These promotions highlight the talent and dedication of our team, and we’re proud to celebrate their success.

Having started her journey as an undergraduate placement student, Amy re-joined the firm in August 2019 to begin here training contract and qualified in September 2021. She has been working as a Solicitor in our Family team, providing legal advice and guidance on all aspects of family law including divorce, relationship breakdown and child law matters.

Jessica joined the firm in September 2019 and completed her training contract in September 2021. Since then, she has been a key member of our Commercial team providing legal advice on various aspects of commercial law, including commercial agreements, acquisitions, and disposals.

Minaz trained with a leading regional firm in Southampton, qualifying into their Commercial Property team in April 2022. She joined our Residential Development team in February 2023, where she advises lenders, developers, private landlords, and tenants on a range of commercial and residential property transactions.

Zaeem is a key member of our Corporate and Commercial team, specialising in a broad range of business and commercial transactions. His expertise includes company and business sales and purchases, corporate reorganisations, and de-mergers, as well as drafting commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and agreements. Zaeem joined the firm in April 2019 and completed his training contract in April 2021.

Laura joined the firm in March 2019 and qualified as a Solicitor in June 2020 where she works within our Property Litigation team. She acts for landlords and tenants in any contentious aspect of residential or commercial Landlord and Tenant law, as well as advising on a broad range of property issues for businesses and individuals.
