Steele Raymond Announces Two Further Promotions in its Property Group

Residential property solicitor Victoria Jarmolkiewicz has been promoted to Associate and Emma Reeves has been promoted to Legal Assistant within the Residential Property Team, part of the firm’s leading Property Group based in Bournemouth.

Victoria Jarmolkiewicz, who joined the firm in 2019, is a member of the firm’s leading residential property team. In addition to her residential property work, Victoria assists the rapidly expanding residential development team which provides expert legal advice to developers and social housing providers on development projects across the South Coast.

Victoria said:

“I am delighted to receive this promotion to Associate after joining Steele Raymond a year ago. It feels fantastic to be part of such a supportive team which values and rewards the hard work put in by its team members. Emma Reeves, who has been with the firm nearly 20 years, has also been promoted to Legal Assistant. Emma, who works in the residential property team alongside Victoria, has been a key team member over many years and helped thousands of families move in to their dream homes over the course of her career.

Emma said:

“Next year will be my twentieth year at Steele Raymond and I’m very pleased to be helping play a part in ensuring the moving home process is as seamless as possible so that families can concentrate on enjoying their new homes.”

These latest promotions follow the recent promotions of Senior Associate solicitors Shaun Guppy (company and commercial) and Johanna Hammersley (Pension Property Investment and Commercial Property).
