Property disputes can be volatile. But that doesn’t need to be the case with the right advice.
On Thursday 30th June, Steele Raymond hosted a group of property leaders at its dedicated client suite for a free legal update on the latest developments in property litigation.
Hosted by Steele Raymond’s property litigation expert Peter Rolph, property professionals heard legal updates from Joanne Wicks QC and Martin Hutchings QC of Wilberforce Chambers.
With so many changes and intricate details to be considered in any property case, the engaging event encouraged property leaders to share their experiences of dealing with particular issues such as dilapidations, property dispute clauses and agreements.
Peter Rolph, Managing Partner and property litigation solicitor said: “I deal with many cases where, with a little forward planning and sound legal advice, the issues could have been resolved before they became a dispute. These events are fantastic for attendees to get the chance to discuss their experiences in resolving property disputes in an open and engaging environment with two specialist QCs in attendance, and everyone then benefits from sharing experiences and discovering new and innovative ways to tackle property problems. We’re delighted to have had so many leaders in the Bournemouth property market attend and look forward to the next event after the summer.”
