Steele Raymond Solicitors Expand into Refurbished Iconic Office Building

02/08/2019

Dorset law firm Steele Raymond are continuing their sustained growth plans with the taking of a lease of an iconic town-centre office in Bournemouth.

Having achieved sustained growth over the last five years and with significant plans to continue that growth, Steele Raymond solicitors were actively looking for additional expansion space close to their headquarters at Richmond Point at the top of Richmond Hill.

Goadsby, on behalf of Ward Edward Ltd, have let the 3rd Floor, The Granville Chambers, 21 Richmond Hill, Bournemouth to Steele Raymond.

This iconic town centre office accommodation has recently undergone a full refurbishment to include new suspended ceilings with “daylight” LED lighting, and an impressive reception and communal break-out area. The 3rd floor extends to approximately 3,125 sq ft.

Tim Stone, Chairman at Steele Raymond said

“The substantial growth and success we have achieved over the last five years, coupled with our current recruitment and growth plans, has driven our need to take additional space for our legal teams.”

“Having assisted the landlord Ward Edward with the purchase of Granville Chambers, we witnessed the impressive quality of the refurbishment. That, coupled with its proximity to our Bournemouth headquarters, made the decision an easy one.”

Bryony Solan, Goadsby’s Business Space specialist, commented

“We were delighted to assist Steele Raymond with its expansion. Steele Raymond were particularly impressed with the modern shared space, which includes a large kitchen, plus separate seating, games, and function areas to support both staff recreation and informal events.”
