Olympic Medallist and Team GB sailor Hannah Mills MBE is no stranger to Olympic success having won silver at London 2012 and then become Olympic champion by winning gold four years later at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
But she also knows that success doesn’t happen overnight. Success is a continuous journey of improvement, refinement and teamwork.
