Carrie is a Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in our family team.
Carrie advises and assists on a wide range of family law matters. She has experience in dealing with divorce and financial settlements, cohabitation issues for unmarried couples, injunction proceedings and children matters.
Carrie adopts a professional and practical approach to her work. Her aim is to ensure her client’s feel supported and are provided with clear and constructive advice.

Carrie is a member of Resolution, the national organisation of family lawyers committed to non-confrontational approaches to their work. She is also part of the committee for YRes Dorset.
Representing clients in the negotiation of financial settlements outside and during court proceedings. Including cases involving final salary pensions (such as NHS and Armed Forces) and the valuation of businesses.
Acted for a client where the other party initially failed to engage in the financial remedy proceedings and comply with court orders. We were successful in obtaining a costs order against the other party.
Acted for a client in a children dispute where the child had special educational needs (SEN) and agreed arrangements, which minimised disruption for the child.
