Christine has developed a strong reputation in the development and education sectors as well as for her work with promoters, high profile landowners, higher education institutions and land development funders.
She has also worked on numerous refinancing projects and key accounts for major lenders in respect of development sites, which has allowed her to develop a broad and well-rounded understanding of the development sector.
Christine regularly acts for both national and regional residential developers on a range of development matters.

Acting for high net worth landowner in respect of highly complex site involving three phases. The site is being developed for housing and once all three phases are complete will provide up to 2000 new homes with the value of transaction being in excess of £70,000,000 / GDV in excess of £500,000,000.
Sale of a high value site in Hampshire involving intricate planning and turn overage provisions and highly complex conditions in respect of a sub-sale to one of the largest affordable housing providers in Hampshire.
Acting for a leading Further and Higher Education College in respect of sales and option agreements in respect of campuses and ancillary sites.
Drafting and negotiating option agreements, promotion agreements, joint venture agreements, conditional contracts and ancillary overage provisions.
