Emma joined Steele Raymond from a large regional firm where she gained extensive experience acting for a variety of clients including developers, landowners and investors.
With a focus on residential development, Emma advises on a wide spectrum including acquisitions, overage, option agreements, disposals and development finance.
Emma understands the complexities involved in bringing development projects to fruition and works closely with clients to provide tailored and commercial solutions. Emma has a practical can do attitude which is valued by clients.
