Emma specialises in residential development and social housing working with private developers, regional and national housebuilders and regional and national registered providers of social housing.
Emma has extensive experience in all aspects of development work and has been central to some of the key strategic land assemblies, joint ventures and site acquisitions in the South. She was formerly the sole external legal adviser to the Hampshire Alliance for Rural Affordable Housing (HARAH).
Emma is a recognised ‘Leading Individual’ and expert in social housing development by the Legal 500 with a caseload covering sites across the south coast from Brighton to Plymouth.
