Harinder is a Senior Associate in our Employment team.

He has over 10 years of experience gained from both national and local firms whilst advising both Claimants and Respondents on a broad range of employment law matters. Known for his pragmatic and commercially focused approach, Harinder provides clear, strategic advice tailored to each client’s needs.

Harinder has extensive experience and advises on all aspects of employment law matters, including contracts, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy and restructuring matters, and employment tribunal claims. He has particular expertise in discrimination claims, TUPE, restrictive covenant disputes, and helping clients navigate complex workplace disputes with confidence.
