Justine is a New Homes Manager in our Residential Development team.
Justine has over 24 years’ experience specialising in new build plot sales.
Justine joined Steele Raymond having worked previously as a Plot Sales Manager for the Southampton offices of two large law firms.
Justine has vast experience of acting for national, regional and local developer clients in the sale of their new build developments for a mixture of tenures as well as acting for affordable housing providers dealing with shared ownership sales on a variety of schemes.
Justine understands the commercial needs of the developer client and provides a seamless service from site set up through to completion of the plot sales to acheive cash flow in line with the client’s monthly, half yearly and yearly financial targets.
