Kevin is a consultant solicitor with decades of specialist experience within the aviation industry.
He has held prominent positions such as General Counsel with major UK airlines, including Flybe and BMI British Midland, as well as working with leading London City law firms.
His practice covers all aspects of aviation law from the sale, leasing, purchasing, mortgaging, funding, sale and leaseback financings of Aircraft, Helicopters and Engines, Escrow Agreements; to airline start-ups, restructuring and insolvency in most major jurisdictions (including UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, China and Japan).
Kevin has a strong association with the local area, having trained as a private pilot at Bournemouth Airport, alongside living and practising in the New Forest and Bournemouth area for over 40 years.
