Rosanna is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team.
Rosanna is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our top-tier Commercial Property team specialising in a wide variety of commercial property work principally in the industrial, office, retail and leisure sectors.
A particular focus of Rosanna’s work is acting for industrial and office developers in connection with the acquisition, development and subsequent sale and / or letting of industrial and office premises. Rosanna assists these particular clients with all legal aspects of the development process including site assembly, financing (including commercial mortgages), planning & infrastructure agreements and estate set-up.
Clients appreciate her proactive focus on project delivery and her solutions-focussed approach which is why Rosanna is held in high regard in the region’s commercial property market.
In June 2024, Rosanna was awarded the coveted Young Property Person of the Year at The Business Magazine’s South Coast Property Awards. She was also recognised as a Rising Star in the Commercial Property Devon, Dorset and Cornwall Category of the Legal 500 2024.
Rosanna can speak French, Spanish and Farsi and also assists international clients investing in commercial property throughout England and Wales.

Acting for a South Coast based commercial developer on acquisition of land owned by the Homes and Communities Agency, subsequent development of the land into an industrial estate, to include compliance with the complex requirements of the Homes and Communities Agency, set up of the estate and subsequent unit sales and lettings
Dealing with the property aspect of a reorganisation of a company and its investment property portfolio
Acting for a tenant on the acquisition of properties to house a well-known American restaurant franchise
Acting for a landlord in respect of a loan facility secured against a petrol station and the consequent sale of the petrol station for £1.2m
Advising on a deed of easement in respect of a water pipe to benefit nine separate properties
Acquiring and disposing of a hotel and business
