Tom is an Associate in our Company & Commercial team.
Tom has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, finance and banking, establishment of joint ventures, preparation of articles of association and shareholders’ agreements, share buybacks, intellectual property (including global trademarks) and the preparation of various commercial contracts.
As well as his onshore experience, Tom has also spent time practising abroad in the offshore jurisdictions of the British Virgin Islands and Jersey.
