Her practice encompasses strategic land options, promotion agreements, joint ventures, and collaboration arrangements, as well as disposals with intricate overage provisions in respect of sales of farms and landed estates. She also advises further and higher education institutions on the disposal of campuses and ancillary sites and has led numerous large-scale refinancing transactions and key accounts for major lenders operating in the development sector. 

In practice she has acted on behalf of Bloor Homes, Bellway Homes, Beechcroft Developments, Berkeley Group, Devine Homes, Stratland Estates and Sunley Estates in respect of high value and complex site acquisitions, option agreements, promotion agreements and disposals and has handled multi‑million‑pound acquisitions for Aster and Abri. She has also dealt with large-scale refinancing transactions on behalf of Barclays Bank and other major lenders.  

Further notable work includes acting for a high‑net‑worth landowner on the disposal of a site for over 3,000 new homes with a gross development value (GDV) exceeding £500million and a high‑value Hampshire scheme involving intricate planning and turn‑overage provisions and a sub‑sale to a major affordable housing provider. 

Over the last year Christine has been instructed by numerous new developer clients and housing associations, with feedback recognising her commercial input and pragmatic approach on highly complicated development matters.
