She is deeply enthusiastic and passionate about her work and the development and business community she and her team are part of. She is an ardent believer that everybody has a right to a safe space to live in – a door to shut and a roof to live under.
She has extensive experience working with developers, landowners and social housing providers to create residential properties and protect legacy. She has advised on multi-million pound projects ranging from a block of new build social housing flats with an orchard, to a new village development of 3,500 houses with complex infrastructure, schools, community centres and open space.
Emma’s clients are based all over the UK. She knows her clients very well, with relationships often spanning the many years a development can take to come to fruition. Most of her work comes from repeat work for clients or is referred off the back of her reputation for being great with people, being solutions focused and making the complex simple.
Not a lot phases Emma. Emma will relish the challenge of any difficult situation. She’ll always look afresh at how best a deal should be tailored for her client. To make deals happen and achieve the common goal, Emma promotes collaboration. She takes time to build relationships and find the human values and integrity of the people behind the deals.
