Harinder Sangha

Harinder is a Senior Associate in our Employment team with over a decade of experience gained across national and regional firms. He advises both businesses and individuals on the full range of employment law issues, from day-to-day HR queries to complex disputes.

His work covers contracts, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancies and restructures and Employment Tribunal claims, with particular expertise in discrimination, TUPE and restrictive covenant matters. Working closely with our Corporate Team he advises too on employment matters arising from mergers and acquisitions.

Harinder helps HR and business leaders, owners and senior employees who need strategic, commercially minded advice. Clients value his calm, pragmatic style and his ability to get to the heart of a situation quickly, offering guidance that is technically sound and easy to act on.

He has a strong record of resolving claims through negotiation or litigation. His advocacy experience means he can deal with applications and case management hearings on his own; equally he has established relationships with sets of Counsel for complex matters and final hearings. He is trusted on high value or sensitive cases where judgement and discretion matter.

Harinder works in a responsive and detail focused manner. He aligns contracts and policies with operational reality, guides investigations so they are fair and defensible, and manages litigation steps in a way that builds leverage rather than noise. He stays closely engaged with clients and counterparties to keep progress visible and timetables realistic.
