With over two decades in family law, she’s passionate about supporting her clients and each client’s particular needs.
Lindsay assists her clients with all aspects of their family issues, whether at the start of a cohabiting relationship, or a relationship breakdown. She is equally experienced in litigating or mediating complex disputes and specialises in high-value financial matters and sensitive children cases, where expert witnesses are required. Her clients include spouses and partners with multiple properties, business interests, pensions and family trusts, as well as parents navigating questions about care including safeguarding issues, schooling, and relocation.
Recent work includes representing a parent accused of fabricated induced illness, securing a greater share of equity for a former cohabitant in a six-property portfolio without a declaration of trust, and helping children resume contact with their father through Child Inclusive Mediation.
In any matter, Lindsay is results driven and focused on bringing the case to a conclusion that meets her clients’ needs. Her pragmatic, creative approach is very much valued by her clients, as is her empathic manner and approachability. Published feedback confirms the tangible difference Lindsay’s advice has made to clients and their children’s lives.
