Shaun is a Partner in our Corporate & Commercial Team. He is also the firm's Training Principal.
Adopting a commercial and pragmatic approach to advising clients, Shaun has experience in a wide range of corporate, commercial and business matter including business and company sales and purchases, company de-mergers, establishment of joint-venture companies, banking and finance together with advising and drafting terms and conditions and commercial contracts.
Shaun also takes an active role in the local business and legal community and frequently attends a number of networking events aimed at supporting local start-ups and SMEs and previously held the role of Charities Officer for the Bournemouth & District Junior Lawyers Division for two years.
