An introduction to Graeme

Graeme is a consultant in the commercial property team.

Graeme has over 25 years’ non-contentious construction law experience gained, initially, in-house as European General Counsel at the European Head Office of Shimizu Corporation, a multi-national Japanese construction company and subsequently as the head of the Construction Law Group at a leading Thames Valley law firm.

  • drafting and negotiating all documentation involved in construction projects, such as building contracts and sub-contracts, development agreements, collateral warranties, professional appointments, performance bonds and guarantees
